Job Description:
Resource Controller
Stoke on Trent - ST1
Role and key responsibilities for Resource Controller:
* Responding to business/management driven queries & requests
* Dealing with customer queries over the phone
* Accurately imputing data onto the system
* Checking availability of resources
* Ensuring all the deadlines are met
Minimum Requirements for Resource Controller:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work to high degree of accuracy
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge within the repairs and maintenance sector would be advantageous
* Confidence with IT and computer systems
Pay rate: £11.44
per hour raising up to £13.02
after 12 weeks
Working hours:
Monday - Friday
08:00 - 16:00
