A renowned independently owned estate agency seeks an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Broker to provide expert mortgage and protection advice. Operating from a bustling estate agency office in Wickford, the role offers access to the entire mortgage market and a panel of 5 life providers for protection business.
Main Duties:
In this dynamic estate agency office, you’ll handle new mortgage appointments weekly, focusing on properties up to £700k with an average value of £400k. You’ll also tap into the existing client database for remortgage opportunities. The role enables you to write 2-3 mortgages weekly, with an earning potential of £10k - £12k per month plus additional commission payments.
Key Skills:
* Fully CeMAP qualified with a strong understanding of mortgages and protection policies.

* Proactive and comfortable contacting the existing client database.

* Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Broker.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Clean credit history, valid UK driving license.
