About the Role
As our Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing a variety of events across Scotland. This role involves:
* Building Relationships: Networking with members, stakeholders, and external partners to foster strong connections.
* Event Management: Overseeing all aspects of event planning, from concept to completion.
* Travel: Embarking on exciting journeys across Scotland to attend and coordinate events.
* Administrative Support: Handling membership enquiries and managing administrative tasks efficiently.
What We’re Looking For in our Events Coordinator Position:
* Proven experience in event planning and coordination
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work
* A confident and outgoing personality
* A full driving license is essential due to travel requirements
