Description
The Accounts Assistant will:
* Assisting with preparation of financial reports and statements
* Processing invoices and expense forms
* Participating in annual budgeting and forecasting
* Supporting the Accounting & Finance team in daily operations
* Ensuring financial records are kept up to date
* Helping with the preparation of VAT returns
* Assisting with audits
* Contributing to the improvement of financial processes
Profile
A successful Reading based Accounts Assistant should have:
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
* Understanding of finance principles and accounting terminology
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Excellent organisational skills
* Strong communication skills
