As a Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker You Will:
* Meet with clients to assess their financial situation and mortgage needs
* Source the most suitable financial products and mortgage solutions
* Sell associated insurance products from Legal & General
* Collaborate with the estate agency team to maximize business opportunities
* Provide coaching and support to junior colleagues
* Proactively build relationships with existing clients for repeat business
* Ensure all documentation adheres to FCA guidelines
Who You Are:
* A driven and motivated Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker with at least 1 years’ experience
* CEMAP qualified (mandatory) with a strong preference for Competency Advisor Status (CAS)
* Excellent work ethic, with a smart, articulate, and well-presented manner
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong desire to succeed
* A natural relationship builder with a focus on exceeding client and colleague expectations
* Full UK driving licence holder
