Business Support Administrator - Part Time
Immediate Start Temporary requirement Manchester City Centre Part Time - Up to 30 hours a week

The Business Support Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational and administrative functions of m client’s multidisciplinary projects. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and project teams to ensure the smooth execution of business activities and the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities Included:
* Administrative Support
* Assisting the PMs/BSM with IMS associated administrative tasks/ internal audits
* Support the Business Support Manager in the financial support to the Building Services Group
* Assist in reviewing and checking compliance with quality assurance/ IMS procedures
* Understanding the principles of client service, concept and benefits of a client-oriented culture within this company
* Undertaking other duties/ responsibilities that assist the Senior Director’s or result in efficiencies within the office’s
* Project coordination
* Data management
* Event coordination

Skills and Attributes:
* Experience working within a corporate / office environment
* Forward thinking
* Ability to work under a pressure
* Demonstrate flexibility/ adaptability
* Organised and efficient communicator with excellent written skills with attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and MS Teams
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Experience with project management software and CRM systems is a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
