Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will ensure that our doctors meet compliance standards according to various frameworks (HTE, Workforce Alliance, individual private clients, etc.) and remain compliant. This role involves working closely with our recruitment team to support the NHS.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that all doctors meet compliance standards according to relevant frameworks (HTE, Workforce Alliance, private sector, etc.).
* Maintain and update compliance records for all healthcare professionals.
* Conduct regular maintenance checks and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and areas for improvement.
* Provide training and support to doctors on compliance-related matters.
* Work alongside the recruitment team to ensure seamless support for NHS and other healthcare providers.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
* Use the CRM provided to ensure all communication is logged. (Eclipse)
Requirements
* Proven experience in a compliance role within the healthcare sector.
* Experience working with doctors and ensuring their compliance.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the healthcare sector.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
