Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Basic: up to £25.000
OTE: £33.000+
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
A mutli-branch, highly reviewed estate agency is looking to employ a talented Sales Negotiator.
The ideal applicant should have an outgoing and bubbly personality, capable of giving full commitment and being prepared to work hard. Good IT skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure. An ideal position for someone with drive and motivation to become a further your career as a sales negotiator with one of the leading Estate Agents.

Duties
*Booking in valuations & securing business.
*All pre & post follow up for appointments, consisting of confirmation calls & feedback.
*Conducting viewing based on office policies & procedures.
*Registering applicants across our platforms.
*Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML.
*Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market.
*Rotating window cards & branch material.
*Has previous sales experience & has a natural selling ability.
*Works well within a fast-paced environment.
*Has a natural flair for dealing with people & whom is always looks to provide the best customer service.
*Is articulate with strong negotiation skills
Experience:
*estate agency: 1 year (required)
Working Days:
*Monday to Friday 8:45-5:30pm,alternative Saturdays 8:45am - 4:00pm lieu day accrued when a Saturday is worked.
