Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance and Installation Electrician to join a small yet highly reputable company operating in the commercial sector. With a focus on delivering top-notch fault finding, maintenance, repair, and testing services, our client has built a strong presence in London and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks at various commercial buildings across London
* Undertake planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond promptly to reactive maintenance callouts.
* Conduct surveys and provide quotes for remedial works as necessary.
* Carry out installation projects efficiently and to a high standard.
* Perform testing and inspection tasks, including Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
* Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork using designated software.
* Provide guidance and oversight to junior engineers when required.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
* Communicate professionally with contractors and clients, representing the company positively at all times.
Package:
* £45,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
* Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
* Door to Door Travel Paid

Essential Requirements:
* JIB Gold Card holder.
* 2391 qualification or equivalent.
* City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 or equivalent.
* NVQ Level 3 and completion of AM2.
* Proficiency with the 18th Edition wiring regulations.
* Full clean driving license.
* Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair within commercial settings.
* Strong testing, inspection, and fault-finding skills.
* Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
* Willingness to travel extensively across London and surrounding counties.
* Professional demeanour with excellent communication skills.
* Solution-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
