Job Description:
Leading international law firm seeks a Senior Conflict Analyst, this is a brand-new role within the Compliance & Risk Department:
* Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
* Hours - 09:30 – 17:30
* Generous remuneration package
The firm is in the process of implementing a new business intake system using Intapp’s Conflicts and Intake products so, a new Senior Conflicts Analyst is required.
Senior Conflicts Analyst Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing and clearing conflicts checks.
* Liaising with fee-earners to resolve conflicts.
* Tracking clients with negotiated engagement terms that contain special requirements around conflicts.
* Keeping the firm’s red and amber client lists up to date.
* Ensuring that the firm’s policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Providing training on conflicts to more junior team members.
Senior Conflicts Analyst Key Skills & Requirements:
* At least 4 years of conflicts analyst experience, ideally within a large international firm.
* Clear understanding of relevant professional rules and guidance.
* Experience of US conflicts rules would be helpful (as the firm has some fee-earners who are subject to US bar rules).
* Experience of working with Intapp Conflicts products is desirable.
* Experience of implementing process change.
