Job Description:
Are you an accomplished sales professional with a background in new homes or estate agency? Join one of the largest and most vibrant developers in the industry! We are seeking a dynamic and motivated New Homes Sales Consultant with at least 1 year of experience in new homes sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide potential buyers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
* Present and showcase new homes to prospective clients, providing detailed information about the properties and the community.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and helping them find their ideal home.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of our team.
* Stay informed about market trends and competitor products.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in new homes sales or a similar role in the estate agency sector.
* Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
* Willingness to work weekends, as required in this dynamic industry.
* A passion for real estate and a drive to grow within the company.
