Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is exclusively recruiting for an amazing brand who have experienced significant growth and are now seeking a part time Store Manager. We have an opportunity for a part time store manager to be a part of something that’s new, evolving and growing.
The Role
As a part time Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a bespoke sales service to customers, understanding their requirements and then delivering the right level of design and products. In an addition the Store Manager will build a high performing team and strategically drive sales and profitability within the store, whilst retaining a customer-centric approach at all times.
Global and local brand standards must be executed consistently, commercially and efficiently. The store manager will be responsible for building strong partnerships with key stakeholders in order to maximize the people, product & operational opportunities within store.
As the Store Manager, you’ll have:
* Experience of selling high value products for the home
* A background in managing any events
* Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a store
* Design/furniture/homeware experience
* Flexible to work 21.5 hours per week - potential for over time
* A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service
* Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and opportunities
* Has the ability to take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified
* Highly effective communicator
