Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Conveyancing Fee-earner for a growing law firm based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. This is a full-time position, although part-time/flexible working may be considered. Other benefits include 25 days holiday, free parking on-site, with hybrid working long-term.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming fee-earner will be responsible for handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters including both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, newbuild, transfer of equity and all other conveyancing matters.
It is expected that you build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients whilst also developing your own client base. You will have the support of a Conveyancing Assistant.
Person Specification
Applications are sought from experienced Conveyancers or Paralegals with experience in conveyancing who can manage their own caseload. You will also:
* Have excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word, use of CMS, and various conveyancing/estate agent portals
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Have a professional telephone manner
* Be very organised
* Have a willingness to adapt
Benefits and Rewards
You will be joining a growing firm due to move into impressive new offices in summer 2023, but a hybrid working approach will be offered permanently. There is free parking on site.
Benefits include 25 days holiday and contractual hours are 35 per week, but there is flexibility over start and finish times. The firm is also flexible over number of days per week that this role is offered, whether you wish to work 4 or 5 days.
