Job Description:
No.1 Project Manager Required - Established Main Contractor - £15m Industrial Unit - Stafford
My client is a multidisciplinary main contractor that excels in the delivery of construction projects on a scale. They are privately owned and this year will turn over in excess of £50 million for a growing list of blue chip clients.
Duties:
• Reporting directly into the Construction Director
• Overseeing all aspects of on-site delivery including organization, and motivation of delivery teams.
• Responsible for project strategies, Programme management and is able to perform under pressure effectively and within tight timescales
• driving programmes forward and undertaking commercial cost control
• Ability to reduce cost and improve programmes.
Requirements:
• Previous Industrial or Steel Frame Construction Experience
• Experience in working on Logistically tight projects
• Experience Leading Projects in excess of £10million
• Available to start within the next 4 weeks ideally (some flexibility here for the right candidate)
