The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join our client in Warrington on a full time permanent basis.

We are looking to recruit a time served contracts manager who has steel works experience.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8am until 4.30pm + overtime

Salary:

£45,000 + per annum ( negotiable depending on experience)

The Role:


* Travel to various sites to ensure the project is running on time and to budget
* Responsible for Site Managers and onsite staff
* Able to work on projects that are in a live environment
* Liaise with site staff and the client
* Completing all necessary paperwork including risk analysis and method statements
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
* Attend site meetings to ensure commercial matters are discussed and resolved
* Co-ordinating activities to ensure the project is delivered as planned.


Skills Experience:
* Steel works experience (time served)
* Excellent organisational skills
* Positive can do attitude
* Ability to multitask and willingness to help where necessary
* Able to use communication skills and work with other members of the team
* Valid CSCS Black Card (preferred)
* Valid SMSTS / SSSTS certification (preferred)
* NVQ
* Full UK Drivers Licence
