Mental Health Nurse Lead - Adults Disability home
Nonstop care is currently working with a private care agency based in the Nuneaton area who are setting up a new in the midlands and are looking for experienced Mental Health Nurse to lead their team of Nurses.
Responsibilities:
* To manage the trust-wide Mental Health Legislation office/function Line-manage the day to day operations of the team, establish clear lines of accountability & responsibility & provide effective management supervision.
* Undertaking & completion of annual staff PDC / Appraisals Ensure the provision of an advisory service / expert resource to all clinical wards and teams on matters pertaining to the MCA, DoLS and MHA providing advice and guidance for all complex enquiries, complaints or allegations that may have legal, ethical and professional implications.
