HR Administrator
Chessington
£28,000
Are you looking to carry on your career in HR or are you looking for an introduction into HR. I am looking for a HR administrator for a business based in Chessington where you will be responsible for handling the general day to day HR admin duties.
HR Administrator Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the processing of payroll
* Keeping track of attendance, sickness, holidays and overtime
* Administration of Pension Schemes
* Producing payroll related reports such as P45’s and payslips
* Assisting with the recruiting of new staff, managing the vacancies adverts and reviewing applications
* Onboard new starters - running RTW checks, offers, contracts
* Maintain new starter records, ensure training is complete and probations are tracked and carried out
* Maintain employee files are up to date
* Build relationships with all departments within the business
HR Administrator Skills/Experience Required:
* Previous HR experience or Manager/Supervisory experience
* Good MS office Skills
* Great attention to detail
* Good timekeeping and able to manage multiple tasks at once
* Organised
* Passionate about a career in HR
