Job Description:
Maintenance Manager
Venn Group are working with large organisation based in Berkshire to recruit for a Maintenance Manager to lead their teams
Duration: permanent
Location: Berkshire
Salary: £40k - £45k per annum plus excellent benefits
The successful candidate will:
*Support the delivery of an efficient maintenance service, using a CAFM system, with a focus on reactive maintenance
*Manage the maintenance team, ensuring good quality, cost effective timely repair service is being carried out
*Provide technical advice and support for teams
*Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and the wider Estates team
The successful candidate will have:
*Mechanical or electrical qualifications
*Experience of planned, preventive and reactive day-today maintenance issues
