Job Description:
We are pleased to be working with an exciting business based just outside of Bicester, that are looking for a Finance & Office Administrator to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience to work in a supportive environment - offering £28,000
*Can look at part time hours (minimum of 30 hours a week)*
Key responsibilities:
* Monitoring the accounts inbox
* Inputting invoices onto SAP
* Managing HR system for shift approvals
* Producing drivers timesheets
* General administration
* Support with H&S
* Managing supplier portals for orders
What they’re looking for:
* Someone with previous experience in a similar role
* Good attention to detail
* A proactive approach to work
* Good IT skills including Excel
* Excellent communication skills
