Job Description:
Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a temporary Meeting Room Assistant to join our law firm client’s London office. This opportunity is on a temporary basis, with the role expected to commence in September and continue at least until the end of the year.
The primary duties for this role will involve setting up food for drinks, ensuring that all arrangements are in place for client meetings and events. Additionally, the role will include managing stock levels, invoicing and providing some coverage at the reception desk, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the office’s smooth operation.
