KM4HR are seeking a permanent Global Payroll Service Delivery and Implementation Lead for their international client based in Berkshire
Reporting to Partner level with a dotted line in to HR you will be managing key project stakeholders in these areas while maintaining employee engagement across the wider business from a global perspective.
Responsibilities will include;
* Coordinating & managing of global payroll services
* Implementation of global payroll contracts across multiple countries
* Budgetary control for all payroll operations
You will have experience in:
* A technical background in multi country payroll operations
* Worked at senior manager level
* Delivered complex implementation projects
* Commercially driven
* Collaborative approach
* International payroll experience
