Job Description:
Income Officer – Housing Association – About The Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an Income Officer for a Housing Association based in Lancashire. The role is on an initial 3-month interim basis but could be made permanent. The role will be office based and pays £20 – £23 per hour via Umbrella
Project Surveyor – Housing Association – About The Role:
* Deliver a comprehensive rent collection service by monitoring a case load of rent accounts for customers in arrears.
* Managing the arrears process in compliance with group Policies and procedures.
* Identify support needs of our customers, offering basic welfare advice / guidance and making referrals to or signposting to external agencies.
* Ensure that appropriate legal action is taken to recover debt
* Engaging with external agencies, e.g. local authorities, Department for Works and Pensions, when required.

* Experience of income management or debt recovery in a social housing environment
* Excellent customer service skills
