Description
* Conducting property inspections and identifying repair needs
* Prioritising and scheduling repairs and maintenance tasks
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Documenting inspection findings and maintaining records
* Liaising with contractors and supervising repair works
* Assessing completed works for quality and compliance
* Responding to tenant enquiries and complaints about disrepair
* Contributing to property management strategies and policies
Profile
A successful Interim Disrepair Surveyor should have:
* A degree in Building Surveying or relevant experience
* Proficiency in property inspection and repair assessment
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in property management
* Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
