Experienced PAM/IAM Analyst

Salary - £38,000 - £40,000 doe + generous pension, salary sacrifice, lifestyle benefits

Our client is a top retail financial services business with a focus on delivering leading products alongside exceptional levels of service. As it expands and transforms its IT landscape, they need a driven, experienced PAM and IAM analyst to join their team to reduce operational risk, improve service levels and manage incidents.
Typical responsibilities for the role include:
* Manage end-to-end joiner/mover/leaver processes
* Manage Active Directory, including Exchange and Azure based administrations
* Perform and report on internal audits and implement improvement measures
* Meet the IT function SLA relating to speed and quality of ticket resolution, prioritising accordingly
* Work on projects that will improve the functions capacity and capability alongside day-to-day IT operations
For your application to be successful, you can demonstrate
* Advanced PAM/IAM experience towards 3rd line support
* Advanced knowledge of PAM/IAM tools and techniques
* CyberArk exposure is highly desirable
* Collaborative team working and problem solving skills, developing towards senior responsibilities
* Confident in speaking with technical and non-technical personnel
* Strong communication skills, verbally and written, able to explain complex concepts and document to a wide audience
* A change and continuous improvement mindset – always seeking to do things better
* Ability to work with little direction or supervision
* A commitment to personal development and growth within the role
