What You’ll Do in this Senior IT Support Engineer role:
* Provide top-notch hardware and software support across an macOS-centric environment, including Adobe Creative Suite, Jamf, Google Workspace, and more.
* Maintain and upgrade tech inventory, ensuring that hardware remains cutting-edge.
* Build and nurture relationships with vendors, staying ahead with the latest tools and technologies.
* Support server products and production functions, including scripting and automation for efficiency.
* Manage JAMF environment, oversee font-related software, and assist with IT onboarding and training.
Who You Are:
* A seasoned IT pro with 4+ years of experience in supporting Adobe Creative Suite and Apple hardware/software.
* JAMF certified (or working towards it) with a solid grasp of scripting.
* Experienced in the creative or advertising sector, with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* A superb communicator, able to juggle multiple projects while keeping your cool and delivering exceptional customer service.
