We are a crucial team, and as a result are at the forefront of change in Client Services. Working successfully with the business and building strong relationships with our stakeholders, whether that be internally or externally.

You will support all aspect of change working closely with our internal change/FNZ colleagues delivering new initiatives into the platform, supporting monthly SMT/Jira delivery cycles as well as the main releases. In addition, you will have the opportunity to help to expand our CRM offering and work closely with our colleagues in QFP.

If you are a driven individual who enjoys working as a team as well as under your own initiative, has excellent platform and system knowledge and can be flexible within your working day, then this is an exciting opportunity for you. You will be provided with on-the-job training and guidance in all aspects of change.

Our Operational Change Lead helps the business deliver solutions that improve our operational capability and improvement in the service received by our customers via platform changes and improvements to our processes.

You will apply your skills and broad knowledge of the business/system to drive improvements whilst also delivering creative solutions to business problems to meet organisational needs.

You will need to be flexible in supporting a challenging change agenda and have a good understanding in our product offering specifically the CRA.

Use skills to define a problem statement that relates to the true root cause of the issue as it presents.

Establish good quality partnerships across the business and external colleagues.

Our ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of financial products, industry practice and FSA legislation.

You will have a strong understanding of project and software delivery cycles.

You will have excellent analytical & numeracy skills and a good knowledge of the platform

Ideally you will have qualifications or equivalent in any of the following: Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner, BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, BCS System Testing and VBA skills. However, this is desirable, not essential to the role.
