Primary Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:
* Perform hands-on analysis across all areas of the Front Office and business lines.
* Produce technical diagrams, interface specifications, business process workflows, and other documentation.
* Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders, including trading, sales, and COO functions.
* Implement changes directly where possible.
Project Management:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management and communication.
* Lead projects involving diverse teams, including developers, other BAs, PMs, outsourced vendors, and testers.
* Provide technical guidance and project ownership.
* Report project status to all levels of the business and IT.
Required Experience:
* *Fixed Income etrading experience as a BA*
* Proven track record of delivering FO solutions in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience running FO projects and working directly with business stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of STP, affirmation, and clearing workflows.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
* Proven experience with full project life cycles in investment banking.
* Familiarity with enterprise delivery and productivity tools such as middleware, data services, Confluence, Jira, and Bamboo.
Technical Knowledge/Skills:
* Vendor knowledge: ION Trading platform, MarkitWire, various eTrading platforms.
* Product knowledge: Vanilla bonds, futures, IRS, repos.
* Visio expertise.
* Business knowledge of Exotics & Options products (preferred).
* Murex knowledge (preferred).
This is a contract role in London - hybrid working with 3 days in 2/ from home.

Initial 6 month contractbut large scale project and multiple extensions expected.
