Position: Level 2/3 Nursery Assistant
Location: Littlehampton
Schedule: Full-Time
About the Role:
Engage Education is collaborating with a successful Nursery in Littlehampton, to recruit a dedicated Nursery Assistant starting ASAP. This Nursery is committed to ensuring that every child achieves their very best, fostering a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years
* Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
* Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for children
* Work flexibly as part of a dynamic team
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working in a nursery or with young children (0-5 years)
* Basic understanding of the EYFS
* Commitment to helping every child reach their full potential
* Passion and enthusiasm for working with children
* Positive, patient, and nurturing attitude
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
