Role: Supported Housing Worker
Location: Salisbury
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours
Salary: £24,500

The Role:
P4 Recruitment are working with a charity dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people. They are looking for a Supported Housing Worker to deliver person-centred, high quality support and housing management to single homeless clients with low to medium needs.

About the role:
As a Supported Housing Worker your primary focus will be to assist clients in achieving sustainable progress towards greater independence within specified timeframes.

The ideal candidate:
* Carry out any referrals coming into the service following the assessment process
* Implement and monitor client support plans and risk assessments
* Ensure all safeguarding procedures and service policies are followed
* To give clients advice, information and provide an enabling service so that they can access appropriate services
* Responsible for the day-to-day health and safety and safe running of the service including liaison with external contractors
