Your Role: Paraplanner Manager
Lead, inspire, and nurture a team of 10 Paraplanners and Support Staff across the UK, ensuring the highest quality of paraplanning services. Drive excellence in financial reporting, client support, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Mentor and develop your team to achieve performance and professional growth goals.
