Are you an experienced Training & Competence (T&C) Supervisor or financial adviser with a passion for client outcomes and Consumer Duty? Our client, a prestigious UK financial services group, is looking for you to elevate their T&C scheme.
About the Company
Our client is a leading UK financial services group specializing in financial advisory, wealth management, investment management, and platform services.
About You
We seek an enthusiastic T&C Supervisor with over 2 years of experience in T&C or a financial advisory role. You should possess a strong understanding of FCA regulations, advisory processes, and have a keen interest in Consumer Duty.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support a team of financial advisers.
* Manage the T&C matrix and adviser files.
* Conduct adviser meetings, observations, and recertification.
* Monitor and review business registers and client files.
* Provide feedback and collaborate with advisers, paraplanners, and external compliance firms.
* Assist with compliance projects, policies, and regulatory training.
Requirements
* Experience in T&C schemes or financial advisory roles.
* Knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* QCA Level 4 Diploma (Mortgage and Equity Release qualifications preferred).
* Willingness to travel within the UK.
