Our client, a leader in their sector, are currently looking for an Administrator to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting time for the company and the right candidate for the role will need to be highly organised, forward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running.

You will be given support, training and the correct tools to carry out your role efficiently and effectively.
Administrator Role and Responsibilities:
* Answering the phone and diverting calls
* Prepare Project Packs upon request from the Project Manager
* Generate Purchase Orders
* Create new files for new enquiries and update or relocate files when jobs are won or completed
* Collect timesheets from engineers every week
* Ensure the SharePoint Filing system is accurate and up to date
* Ensure materials are either available or on order to arrive in time for the works
* Upon job completion, follow the Project Manager’s instructions or confirmation by downloading evidence, generating relevant certificates, producing O&Ms for the Project Manager’s review, and sending all documents to the client via WeTransfer/Dropbox. Ensure that the receipt is filed in the job folder.
Administrator Job TitleSkills and Experience:
* Previous Administration & Customer Service experience
* Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Highly organised
* Excellent communication skills
* Demonstrates a proactive and responsive approach to addressing issues and adapting to changing circumstances.
