Pension Claims Advisor
Location: Leicester - Office Based
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (£28,000 OTE)

We are currently recruiting for a Pension Claims Advisor to join our client based in Leicester. We are looking for someone who is passionate, professional and thrives on offering excellent customer service!
This is a unique opportunity to work in a challenging and dynamic environment withing a growing business.
Responsibilities Include:
* Contacting and engaging with potential clients to explain services and benefits.
* Dealing with any queries around pension claims.
* Communicating effectively through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
* Support clients through their journey with the business, providing assistance where needed.
* Establish strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
* Updating the company’s database with accurate information
* Taking time to understand the clients needs with a high level of attention to detail and empathy
* Book meetings for clients
* Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
* Ideally experience dealing with claims, pensions or debt
* Must be comfortable with up selling a service
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
