H9 are looking for a HR Administrator to provide HR administrative support to the People Team.
Main Duties and Tasks:
* Assist with daily administrative tasks and ongoing projects.
* Provide first-line support for the HR inbox, answering queries and delegating emails
* Handle queries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
* Maintain and update internal HR systems, including data entry, scanning, and uploading documents.
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes, especially for apprentices.
* Manage recruitment administration: update online platforms, forward CVs, and organise interviews.
* Arrange meetings, create agendas, and take minutes using Microsoft Outlook.
* Produce HR reports and perform other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience.
* Experience with HR systems.

This role is Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with an early finish on Friday. Due to the nature of the role, you are required to be onsite 5 days a week.
