Duties
* Acting as a technical escalation point to the IT service desk
* Working closely with the infrastructure team on projects
* Audit and document client infrastructure

* Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
* Veritas (Symantec) Backup Exec
* Network Support
* HPE/Dell SANs
* Server Hardware & Switches
* Office 365 & Azure
* PowerShell
* Windows Server
Location: Cardiff/Hybrid working
Salary: Up to £45,000
Must have Full UK driving licence
MSP experience highly desirable
