Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Environmental, Health and Safety operations?
We are seeking a Division EHS Manager to lead and enhance our environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety. You will be driving safety initiatives, building relationships and managing comprehensive environmental, health and safety programs and policies.
Key Responsibilities of the EHS Manager:
* Provide coaching and legal guidance on Safety to leaders and team members at all levels of the organisation.
* Ensure the Division meets Corporate and Regulatory Compliance objectives.
* Design and facilitate safety initiatives, programmes and procedures.
* Provide guidance and raise awareness of EHS in other functions.
* Actively promote Safety Culture and Environmental awareness.
* Lead and develop the Safety Team.
Expected Qualifications, experience, and skills of the EHS Manager:
Education: 
* University degree in a relevant field (I.E engineering)
* EHS certification (NEBOSH or equivalent).
Experience:
* Strong practical knowledge of regulatory safety and environmental compliance.
* Significant EHS Manager / management experience in industrial work environment.
Skills:
* Proven track record of driving cultural change in complex organization.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels of organization.
* Continuous improvement mindset.
* Business acumen.

Travel: Willingness to travel to Sheffield for business (approximately 25%).
