Due to a sustained period of success, our Client is expanding and as a result of this they require a welder/ fabricator to join their team of experienced fabricators to help with secured projects, based in Barking, Essex.
Responsibilities:
* Using a variety of materials including mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
* Fabricating doors/frames in aluminium and steel systems.
* Working from drawings to produce bespoke architectural glazing systems.
* The work is varied and requires someone who can complete the whole process from drawing take-offs to cutting the materials, welding, and finishing.
Requirements:
* Experience working from technical drawings and have exceptional fabrication skills with the ability to complete the whole project from start to finish.
* Experience in Assembling framing / doors in bespoke architectural glazing systems.
* Able to use your own initiative and work well under pressure.
* Must be flexible and willing to assist with other duties.
* Coded Welding would be advantages but not essential.
Working Hours/ Benefits:
* 21 Days annual leave plus 8 days bank holidays.
* Free onsite parking.
* Working hours of 7:30am -4:30pm Monday to Friday.
* Opportunity of overtime available.
