Description
* Provide administrative support to the engineering and manufacturing teams.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
* Maintain and update technical documentation in line with compliance regulations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for the engineering team as required.
* Handle confidential and non-routine information.
* Support project management activities within the department.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Profile
A successful Engineering Planner should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of the Life Science industry.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
