Customer Operations Executive
£35,000 - £40,000 ( Depending on experience )

What will you do
* Ownership of customer service tickets and be the first point of contact
* Monitor 3PL warehouse and logistics partners to ensure OTIF delivery of orders
* Work with hauliers and couriers to ensure cost are kept to a minimum
* Handling returns and dealing with any issues with retailer orders
* Order processing and checking stock availability
* Work along side supply chain team to ensure accurate inventory data
What do you need
* Happy to be on site 5 days a week
* Operations or logistics experience within a consumer goods brand
* Experience managing order fulfilment for B2B accounts ideally retailers
* Previously dealt with and managed 3PL partners
