Part-Time Receptionist/Office Coordinator– High-end Property
12 month Contract /4 days a week (Monday – Thursday)
£28,000 - £30,000 – Pro rata
West End

Our client is High-end Property company based in the heart of Mayfair, looking for a proactive Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join their team for a 12month contract for four days a week. You will need experience working in an corporate office for at least 12 months in a similar role.

This is a fantastic experience to gain experience in a well known global Property company.

YOU MUST BE ONLY LOOKING FOR PART-TIME ROLES DUE TO OTHER COMMITMENTS - IE Parent returner, dual employment, family reasons.

THE ROLE:

* Promptly answer all incoming telephone calls, announcing all redirected callers and taking messages as appropriate.
* Ensure all messages left with reception are ’passed on’ in a timely manner to the relevant persons
* Meet and greet all visitors and provide appropriate hospitality/refreshments as necessary.
* Book taxis and couriers, ensuring invoices are recharged to projects correctly
* Managing the booking of all internal and external meeting rooms i.e. ensuring they are allocated correctly, updating the meeting room calendar according to any booking requirements or cancellations and ordering catering services when required.
* Support the Administration Team by type any overflow of letters, presentations, reports etc.
* Maintaining and ordering office inventory (Stationary, milk, coffee, tea.)
* Managing the office staff holiday calendar using Excel.
* Scanning documentation for new starters for HR.
* Creating/cancelling staff security passes.
* Assistance with organising office social events.

THE PERSON:

* Previous experience in an Receptionist/Office Coordination role of similar
* Proactive and engaging
* Confident in delivering first class customer service to all guests and employees
* Approachable
* Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
* Good time management skills
