Job Description:
Job Title - Client Manager
Contract - Permanent
Salary - DOE
Location - Edinburgh/Glasgow 
Purpose of the Role 
Client Service is paramount to this client; therefore, they are seeking Client Manager to join their established team to build key client relationships and offer a second to none insurance advisory service across all areas of commercial insurance.
Principal Responsibilities 
* Working with an established portfolio of key clients.
* Offering a tailored insurance and risk management service to commercial insurance clients.
* Liase with broking support teams, claims team, risk managers and all associated parties to provide a bespoke approach to their insurance requirements.
* Maintain and add to existing revenue stream from an existing portfolio of clients.
* Exceed client expectations by proving a first-class, all-round broking service. 
Experience 
* ACII or equivalent preferred but not essential.
* Track record of client management within the commercial insurance broking arena.
* Experience of working with larger commercial or corporate client portfolios.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Acturis experience would be helpful.
* Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance covers including property, EL, PL, motor, PI, cyber, etc.
