New Homes Sales Manager - Paddington
Our client, one of the nation’s largest and most respected property developers, is looking for a New Homes Sales Manager to join their successful team based in Paddington. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic sales team within a thriving company known for its innovative developments and commitment to quality.

Position Overview:
As a New Homes Sales Manager, you will oversee the sales operations of prestigious new developments in the Paddington area. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
* Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a sales management role within the real estate or new homes sector.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Familiarity with the Paddington area and its real estate market is advantageous.
Package:
* Basic Salary: £40,000
* On Target Earnings: £85,000
