Accounts Administrator
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our fun and friendly team here in Cheltenham on a full-time basis due to maternity cover and business growth. This is an office-based role, but the team do have and informal lunchtime finish on a Friday, as well as the option to look at hybrid working following initial bedding in and becoming comfortable with the role.
Responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant include:
* Running a weekly payroll for up to 2000 temporary workers and 200 timesheets per week
* Processing holidays and all deductions, including SMP and attachment of earnings
* Managing new starters and leavers on the system
* Issuing P60s and end of year documentation
* Basic finance administration, including invoicing
* Credit control
* Working as part of a small, close-knit team
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator with:
* Experience in a similar role, using Oxford software (TempAid) is ideal, but not essential as full training will be given
* An excellent telephone manner, strong customer service skills and teamwork drive
* A can-do attitude, with patience and strong organisation
* Excellent attention to detail and an aptitude for numbers and spreadsheet work
* A desire to join a fun and friendly team who work closely, all striving for the success of the business
