Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teacher to cover a maternity leave starting in October, with the possibility of an earlier start to work alongside the current teacher. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team committed to providing high-quality education and care to young children.
Responsibilities:
* Provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for early years students.
* Plan and implement a curriculum that caters to the individual needs of each child.
* Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes emotional and social development.
* Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress.
* Collaborate with other teachers, teaching assistants, and staff to ensure cohesive and comprehensive educational experiences.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred.
* Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
* Experience in early years teaching.
* Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
