Job: Residential Conveyancer

CRA Legal is working with a reputable, renowned law firm with a national presence who are looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer. Our client is a leading and award-winning law firm, due to continued expansion a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential conveyancer to join the team. This is a perfect opportunity to join an established and award-winning business with real progression and development opportunities.

This role will see you:

* Manage a suitably sized caseload
* Ensure all activity within the team is completed in accordance with strict deadlines and in line with set KPIs and SLAs
* Meet all individual targets and objectives
* Update all panel members/stakeholders
* Communicate over the telephone, email and in face-to-face meetings.

About you:

* Minimum 1 years’ experience in a prior conveyancing fee earner role (but all levels considered including more senior)
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Competent use of Microsoft 365, and general IT skills
* Knowledge of case management systems and updating panel websites
