Connect2Socialwork are looking for a Team manager to cover a busy Families First team based in Durham County Council.
Daily duties include:
* Supervising staff
* Allocating work
* Chairing Multi agency strategy meetings
* Chairing PLO meetings
* Quality assuring work
* Supporting staff
* Dealing with complaints
Requirements as a Social Worker include:
* SWE Registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Drive and have access to a car
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
