Summary:
Our client is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to lead and innovate in delivering comprehensive financial services for a dynamic housing association in Central London. This role is pivotal in driving value creation, strategic decision-making, and ensuring financial compliance.

The Client:
Our client is a unique and forward-thinking housing association committed to providing high-quality homes and services in Central London. They are focused on sustainability, diversity, and community impact, and are known for their innovative approach to housing and urban development.
They have almost 1,000 units and a further 30 that are commercial. 

The Role:
* Lead the delivery of financial services, including treasury management, business partnering, and capital accounting.
* Regularly review and update the financial model (using Brixx), conducting risk management.
* Identify opportunities for value creation through strategic insights and leadership of change initiatives.
* Manage financial leasehold operations, ensuring compliance and efficient service charge management.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including budget holders, executive directors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
* Oversee finance projects, including annual statutory accounts and corporate tax returns.
The Successful Candidate:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) with a degree-level education.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident, personable demeanor.
* Professional exposure to housing associations, real estate, property development or construction. 
* Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and development appraisals.
