They are searching for Residential Conveyancers to join their thriving property team at the moment. Duties
* Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
* Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales
* Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions

You
* You must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
* Experience conducting title checks and raising enquiries
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
* Ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients
* Great communication skills
* Enthusiasm for the industry
* Proactive and self-motivated
