Duties
* Running a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build, shared ownership and more
* Delivering exceptional levels of client care
* Building and maintaining relationships with all parties in transactions
You
* You must have at least 5 years’ post qualification experience within Residential Conveyancing, as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
* Entrepreneurial spirit
* Comfortable working in a self-employed, consultancy model
* Ability to run a full residential caseload with no supervision
