Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an Aftercare Assistant for a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester. This is a 12-month fixed term contract role, paying £26,250 - £28,819 per annum. This is a hybrid role, with office attendance required roughly two times per week
Aftercare Assistant
– Housing Association – About The Role:

* Logging and monitoring defects using Clixifix, administering and coordinating appointments with residents and main contractors
* To provide excellent customer services to our customers by acting as the first point of contact for all queries and complaints regarding defects
* To provide administrative and diagnostic support to the team to ensure all defects are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner
* Attend site and meet residents from time to time to resolve defect
* Assist with the end of defects inspections with the Development Team
Aftercare Assistant – Housing Association – What You Need:

* Experience working in a Social Housing or New Build Developer setting is desirable
* Experience of using Clixifix software - Desirable
